Devicecure is a doorstep mobile repair service that provides convenient and reliable smartphone repair services at customers' locations. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mobile Repair Technician in Jaipur who can deliver quality repairs and an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend assigned customer repair orders on time and reach the customer's location as scheduled.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones at the customer's doorstep, preferably in front of the customer.
• Perform repairs professionally while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
• Follow all company-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every repair, including diagnosis, repair execution, quality checks and job closure.
• Ensure the device is properly tested and working as expected after the repair.
• Maintain professional behaviour and communicate clearly with customers in Hindi.
• Handle customer devices, tools and spare parts responsibly.
• Update order status and repair details in the company's system or partner app.
• Inform the operations team promptly about delays, technical issues or additional repair requirements.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline and service quality standards.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.
• Must currently live in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Must have a personal two-wheeler for travelling to customer locations.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Must be able to communicate comfortably in Hindi.
• Must be punctual and reach assigned customer locations on time.
• Must be willing to perform repairs at the customer's doorstep and, wherever feasible, in front of the customer.
• Must strictly follow Devicecure's repair SOPs, quality standards and customer service guidelines.
• Must have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose common smartphone issues.
• Must be professional, honest, customer-friendly and responsible when handling devices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience repairing Android smartphones and iPhones.
• Knowledge of display, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone and other common hardware repairs.
• Ability to diagnose faults and explain repair requirements to customers.
• Experience handling customer orders through a mobile app or service management system.
