The Devicecure Partner App is designed to streamline the repair service process by providing technicians with all the necessary details related to their assigned service orders.
2. How It Works
- Order Assignment: The admin panel assigns customer repair requests to the most suitable technician based on availability and proximity.
- Order Details: Technicians can view:
- Customer name and contact details
- Device brand, model, and reported issue
- Customer location (with map-based navigation)
- Preferred time slot for repair
- Customer Communication: Technicians can call customers directly via the app for confirmation, clarification, or navigation assistance.
- Location Access: The app uses the technician's location in real-time to:
- Help with customer tracking
- Route optimization
- Job progress updates to the admin panel
3. Data Privacy & Security
- All data shared with technicians is strictly for the purpose of completing the assigned service.
- Technicians are prohibited from misusing, saving, or sharing customer data outside of the Devicecure platform.
- GPS and contact access is used only during active service hours and while the technician is logged in.
- Devicecure uses secure encryption and access control to protect user data and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
4. Technician Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
- Use the app solely for Devicecure service-related purposes
- Not share their login credentials with others
- Follow all company policies and codes of conduct during field service
Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of technician access.
