Return and Refund Policy

At Devicecure, operated by Invrily Technologies Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we deliver. However, due to the nature of mobile repair services and part replacements, our return and refund policy is structured with specific terms and conditions.

1. Replacement & Repair of Faulty Parts

  • If a part replaced by Devicecure develops a fault within the warranty period, the customer is eligible for free repair or replacement, provided it falls under the warranty terms.
  • If the fault does not qualify under the warranty (e.g., physical damage, water damage, third-party tampering), no refund will be issued, and the repair will be chargeable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any replaced part after the service has been successfully completed.

2. Technician Visit & Service Denial

If a Devicecure technician visits the customer's location for a scheduled repair, and the customer chooses to cancel or deny the service after inspection, the following visit charges will apply:

  • ₹199 for Android devices
  • ₹299 for iOS devices

These charges are applicable to compensate for technician travel and time costs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Successful part replacement or repair
  • Change of mind after service is completed
  • Device malfunction due to unrelated issues or third-party interference
  • Physical or water damage after repair

4. How to Raise a Concern

If you experience any issues after service or wish to report a faulty part:

  2. Provide your registered number, service ID, and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify your request and proceed as per the warranty and refund policy.

5. Final Decision

Invrily Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims, refunds, and service denials after technician visits. Every case will be handled professionally, fairly, and as per the terms mentioned here.
