Warranty Policy

At Devicecure, we stand by the quality of our services and products. All eligible repairs and parts are covered under a limited warranty, as described below. This Warranty Policy is issued by Invrily Technologies Private Limited, the parent company operating Devicecure.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • We offer up to 6 months of limited warranty on selected repairs and spare parts provided by Devicecure.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of service or part replacement.
  • Warranty covers only the repaired or replaced parts, and only for the same issue originally reported.

2. What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in parts installed by Devicecure
  • Issues resulting from poor workmanship during repair by a Devicecure technician

3. Wha's Not Covered

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • Any physical damage after repair (e.g., drops, cracks, water damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized tampering, or third-party service providers
  • Battery swelling due to overcharging or improper usage
  • Software-related issues after a hardware repair
  • Devices with broken warranty stickers or tampered seals

4. Warranty Claim Process

  3. Our team will review your request and may ask for photos/videos or schedule an inspection.

5. Approval & Discretion

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the Devicecure team.
  • Invrily Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to approve or disapprove any warranty claim at its sole discretion.
  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost.
  • If the issue is not covered, we will inform you of the cost and options available.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Devicecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or service.
  • The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
