1. Services
Devicecure provides doorstep mobile repair services, spare parts, and accessories through its website and app. Users can book mobile repair services by selecting their device, issues, and preferred time slot.
2. Eligibility
- At least 18 years of age
- Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable laws
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our Website or official channels.
- Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of service charges and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made online or via cash/card at the time of service.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to non-availability of technicians or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Warranty
- We provide up to 6 months of warranty on selected repairs and parts.
- Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, or tampering by third-party service providers.
5. Technician Policy
- All technicians are police-verified and trained professionals employed or contracted by Devicecure.
- Technicians carry ID cards and will repair devices only in the customer's presence unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information while booking a service
- Not misuse the services or try to damage/hack the platform
- Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Website are owned by Invrily Technologies Private Limited. You are not permitted to use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Devicecure and Invrily Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Website.
